Correct then guys, I use Diasend at abode (the Diasend uploader) and it links very well with my Freestyle Libre.

It also connects to my Aviva Combo handset and allows me to upload all of my blood glucose data and carbs.

When information technology comes to pump data though, connecting to the handset has resulted in no insulin information being uploaded, and the pump itself will not connect to the Mac to upload directly from the pump.

Does anyone have any communication as to how I tin can go the insulin data from the pump to Diasend?

I know it does not aid, just I just tried and my Dexcom G4 works, as does my Combo handset, but no joy with the pump either.

    Diasend got back to me and said;

Thank you for contacting diasend® Support.

If y'all desire to download information from a Accu Chek Combo pump y'all do need a device called SmartPix (reader). The AccuChek realtime cable does work fine for the Accu Chek combo handset only will not work with the pump.

Please contact AccuChek customer support Britain: 0800 701 000 to order the SmartPix reader.

    Kind regards

I take just ordered a SmartPix reader & Roche say it should exist with me in 2 to 4 days.

Will let you know what happens.....

While I don't use a pump I'm also having trouble with my Aviva expert uploading the dissend. It doesn't upload insulin at all, it used to. Information technology also won't detect the smartpix on Windows ten, the lead works as I can import on other Windows versions and the smartpix software itself

My SmartPix reader arrived today and now I can upload my pump insulin data.

The only problem I had was the uploader brandish - It says 'Scanning for device' when it is actually connected and obtaining the information. You lot can tell when information is being transferred as the turning semicircle moves very jerkily. Afterward a infinitesimal or so it changes to the usual 'Uploading information' display.

    I am using Windows 8.

Simply to clarify - Diasend does non piece of work with the Combo pump only the Handset - only tried it. Using an iMac the downloader simply sits there asking me to connect the pump which is connected just non seen.

Correction: later playing around and calling Roche
the smartpix downloader for the Combo does not work with iMac only PC, in that location are no drivers for information technology :-( seems information technology will work for the pump and the handset.

the realtyme downloader for the Combo does work with an iMac but only the handset but not with the Pump :-(

Diasend did work with my combo pump, and as well the handset when I used smartpix, I used it a few times with no issues and got all the pump data, information technology was only last night that I was having issues so I need to try again!

Hmmm. I spoke to Roche and they said that the RealTyme connector is supposed to piece of work with all the pump information and Diasend. May need to attempt it on a Windows PC.

Hi Tim - see my update in a higher place, spoke f2f with Roche rep today, they told me the Realtyme is an out of engagement interface and say information technology will not work with the pump, simply the earlier Smartpix does simply this is not iMac compatible at all.

Only the Realtyme works with the iMac

With the new Insight the newer interface (neither of the above) is going to cost £75 and they claim information technology will not be freely bachelor to Insight users. Forgot to ask if this new interface will work with an iMac :-(
